The 90s saw us helping Eddie Bauer and Charlotte Russe install upwards of 500 store fixture packages at a time. Our production capacity increased, and so did our understanding of the role design would play in persuasive retail environments. So we invested in a design division and got involved in building retail spaces for malls and grocery stores with Carnival Cruise Lines, Costco, Jamba Juice and Millstone.

With the benefits of a design team in-house, the 2000s allowed us to diversify our customer base. We won a key contract for Alaska Airlines’ Airport of the Future, installing an improved check-in experience into all lower 48 U.S. airports. This program changed the airline industry for the better.

On a parallel path to our work with Alaska Airlines, we started a long-term collaboration with Kodak. We became an extension of their team, helping to inject new life into market launches and merchandising effectiveness at major retailers like Best Buy, Office Depot, Staples and Walmart.
